I learnt a huge amount within such a short timescale. Paula made the session fun and went at a pace to suit me. Everything I learnt was explained in a way I could understand and I really couldn't thank Paula enough for the help she gave. I have been using almost all of the new tools she taught me mostly the pivot tables which have made my daily work life so much easier. What would take me a few hours to collate figures, Paula showed me how to do this within 1 hour. It's a great tool and Paula is a great teacher. I would highly recommend her sessions. Paula was excellent at explaining Excel, not too quick and very clear and concise. We learnt lots of shortcuts and Paula answered everyones questions and helped at each step during the course with funny light hearted banter. Also discussed, were peoples concerns regarding Excel and she made sure to address these, to ensure everyone was getting something out of the course. Very insightful and glad my workplace decided to use  Multitask training.

Just to say thank you for your excellent 1/2 day training course for Intermediate Excel.  It was nice to be properly shown what to do and to the point across the lesson.  No interference with people butting in, with regards what they want and taking over the session.  Hopefully look forward to seeing you again.

I recently attended 2 courses that were delivered by Paula. The first was excel introduction, and the second was excel intermediate. Paula was able to make the courses fun and engaging, despite the initial fear of excel in the room from the majority of delegates present. She was extremely patient and understanding, and was also able to tailor the course to the varying levels of ability or need within the group. Despite dreading going along, i thoroughly enjoyed both courses, and i know the other delegates did too.

Paula was asked to deliver a half day Microsoft Excel training course specifically focussed on Pivot Tables to a number of staff whose knowledge ranged from a basic through to experienced level.  She successfully delivered a classroom based course managing to keep all attendees engaged through a well-paced demonstration and by practice on sample data. I was on the Excel intermediate IT course with Paula Wheeler and I found it really informative and well laid out, easy to pick up and understand. I found a lot of aspects which will help me in every working with spreadsheets and was quite amazed at how some of the function keys can do things right away which would normally take some time to sort through.
